OU's Lean Institute offers training at Tinker Business and Industrial Park. We also work with clients to offer training programs at their facilities when this is preferred.

 

Mission of the OU Lean Institute at OU

The mission of the OU Lean Institute at OU is to provide the highest quality interdisciplinary education to those seeking enterprise-wide transformation through dynamic, focused professional training.

We support continuous process improvement by providing quality instruction, training and coaching from a cadre of well-educated, highly experienced subject matter experts. Our instructors are specifically selected for their demonstrated experience in implementing the Lean, Six Sigma and SCOR techniques in the workplace and their ability to integrate these tools into the holistic approach to transformation.
