This training emphasizes applied learning, with each student working on a real-world process improvement project to learn the tools through application. Upon successful completion of the project and training, participants will be certified as Lean Six Sigma Green Belts by the OU Lean Institute.
NOTE:
Group Trainings
For companies wishing to train groups of more than six employees, OU Lean Institute would be happy to discuss setting up a Green Belt class specifically tailored to meet your schedule, however students are encouraged to attend the public classes if possible, because the exchange of ideas from across many industries produces a richer learning environment.
