The Lean Institute at Tinker AFB coaches Lean Implementers, Six Sigma Green, Black, and Master Black Belt and SCOR Coaches through process improvement projects as part of their certification requirements. Those projects are selected by their supervisor and are championed by the appropriate Tinker manager. A project description, process details, and outcomes of the process improvement activity will be listed after each project is complete. This will facilitate sharing lessons learned, successes and improvements that can be translated to other areas among the Tinker workforce.

The first projects will be completed and posted in December 2004.
