OU Lean Institute Staff

The Lean Institute is dedicated to operating on the principles that it teaches, functioning on a small, focused staff within the College of Continuing Education. We are constantly applying our process improvement tools to our own operation (we have completed two green belt level projects on our own processes in the last year, along with many smaller improvement efforts and use techniques such as visual tracking in our own processes). Our team works together to coordinate all aspects of the Institute operations, including content development and delivery, logistical support, material preparation and coaching support.

We also work to ensure that program delivery is responsive to customer demands, allowing for just-in-time and on-demand delivery, immediate program adjustments and a single point-of-access to all resources. All of our staff members have direct experience working with process improvement and are also qualified to teach or lead workshops.
